- Pre-booked access: Set-down lanes are time-limited and marshalled during peak sailings; waiting is not permitted. For early arrivals we move to short-stay.
- Port fees included: Any drop-off/access charges are covered within your fixed fare—no surprises on the day.
- Luggage hand-off: We transfer bags to the cruise porters/trolley point; you proceed to check-in while we exit the secure zone.

Do you provide car seats?
By law, you don’t need child seats in licensed vehicles. However, if you wish to bring your own for peace of mind, we can store it at an additional cost of £5.
How much luggage can the vehicles take?
Our Mercedes-Benz V Class can carry 8 passengers with 10 cases.
Our Executive Estate Car can carry 4 passengers with 4 large cases and 2 hand luggage
Can I pay by Card / Cash?
