Can you carry several sets of clubs?
Yes. Estates and the Mercedes V-Class comfortably accommodate multiple sets. Tell us what you’re bringing and we’ll allocate the right vehicle.
Do you handle early tee times?
What if play is delayed or we stay for presentations?
No problem. We extend the wait; any time beyond the agreed window is billed at the pre-agreed rate.
How close can you drop us on tournament days?
We follow event guidance for set-down zones. Where shuttle buses are mandatory, we’ll drop off at the designated point and agree on the nearest pick-up for the return.
How much do you charge?

How do I book?
Use our booking form.
If you need a return journey, please complete the return flight number, and we will confirm the price and availability.
How will I know who is collecting me?
Our automated system will send you a text confirmation on booking and 24 hours before the journey.
Do you offer coaches or minibuses?
No. We provide executive saloons and 7-seat Mercedes V-Class only. For bigger groups we can schedule multiple vehicles with clear timings and a single rendezvous plan so everyone leaves together.
Where will the car wait?
At a nearby legal waiting point agreed in advance. We use venue maps and live updates on event days to avoid road closures. If stewards change the flow, we’ll text you an updated meet point and the driver’s live location.
Can we leave belongings in the car?
Coats and soft items are fine; please keep valuables with you. The driver remains with the vehicle whenever possible, but items left in the car are at the owner’s risk. If you bring your own child seat, we can store it during a wait-and-return by prior agreement.
What if the match overruns?
We monitor the schedule and nearby traffic. If things run late, we simply extend the wait. Any time beyond the agreed window is added at the pre-agreed rate so there are no surprises.
Can you do several pick-ups?
Yes. Share the postcodes and preferred order; we’ll optimise the route and include everything in the fixed fare. Extra stops or time windows may adjust the quote slightly, but we’ll confirm that up front.
Can I pay by Card / Cash?
Yes, onboard payments for card or cash.
A 5% Booking Fee will be applied to all card payments.
Do you have WiFi in the vehicle?
Yes, we will provide the details for our Wifi when we pick you up.
